Terms and Conditions

Dear Reader,

Welcome to our practice!
These Terms & Conditions are here to ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive space for everyone. If you have any questions, please reach out.

1. Respect, Safety & Boundaries

We believe every client deserves kindness and respect. To keep our space safe and welcoming for all, we ask that you:

  • Attend sessions sober and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Treat all practitioners and staff with courtesy and respect.
  • Communicate openly and honestly, while respecting professional boundaries.
  • Understand that harassment, threatening behavior, or disrespect—online or in-person—cannot be tolerated.

If these boundaries are not respected, we may pause or end our work together. Our aim is always to protect everyone’s safety.

2. Confidentiality

Your privacy is deeply important to us. What you share in session is confidential. We only share your information if:

  • There’s an immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or others.
  • There is suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult.
  • The law requires us to do so.

3. If You’re Struggling or in Crisis

If you ever feel hopeless or have thoughts about harming yourself, please know you are not alone. Our sessions are a safe space for these feelings. If such thoughts arise:

  • We will talk with you openly and without judgment.
  • Together, we will make a plan to help keep you safe.
  • In some cases, we may help you connect with other professionals or emergency support, if needed.

Your safety is our top priority.

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Sessions can be booked on our website or directly with us.
  • Payments: To be settled no later than 7 days after invoicing.
  • Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, the full session fee may be charged.

We understand that life is unpredictable. Please talk to us if you need flexibility.

5. Your Data

We store your information securely, following GDPR and European law. You can always ask to see, correct, or delete your data.

6. Intellectual Property

All resources, guides, and materials we provide are for your personal use only. Please do not share or reproduce them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We’re committed to providing the best care possible. However, we can’t guarantee specific outcomes, and our legal responsibility is limited to the fees you have paid.

8. Ending Our Work Together

You can stop working with us at any time—just let us know. If you have prepaid sessions, we’ll discuss options with you.

We may also decide to end our sessions if:

  • Our work together is no longer helpful or safe.
  • Boundaries or these Terms are not respected.

We will always talk with you honestly and respectfully about this.

9. Force Majeure

Sometimes things happen beyond anyone’s control (such as illness, emergencies, or technical issues). If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will let you know as soon as possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. You’ll always find the latest version on our website. We’ll let you know about important changes.
